Flowerpot VP7 pendant lamp – News from the favourite lamp of the designer Verner Panton. Matching the current colour trend, manufacturer &Tradition redefines the colour palette for the award-winning Flowerpot VP7 pendant lamp in 2023. Instead of the muted tones of 2016, the Danish lighting and furniture manufacturer is now again focusing on more expressive colours for the Verner Panton Flowerpot and Topan lamp series, in reference to the brightly coloured tones of yesteryear. TAGWERC as the official &Tradition partner offers the Flowerpot lamp series in all available designs and colours.

Flowerpot VP7 Pendant light

Flowerpot VP7 – simply timeless

The new Flowerpot VP7 colours reflect the interior design trend and set new accents in your own four walls. The lamp body of the Flowerpot VP7 pendant luminaire consists of two aluminium hemispheres. The upper, larger hemisphere holds the light source, while the lower hemisphere, just half the size, faces the upper one and is held in position by an externally invisible metal frame. The small hemisphere conceals the light source and provides a pleasantly indirect, lead-free light. The inner surfaces of the hemispheres are coated white and serve as light reflectors. The well thought-out construction of the Flowerpot VP1 once earned designer Verner Panton the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The Flowerpot VP7 pendant luminaire is available at the design interior specialist TAGWERC in all available colours and versions. Besides the colourful lacquered pendant lights and metal alloys, you can get the Flowerpot VP7 at Tagwerc in an S version, the Flowerpot VP1, and an XL version of the Flowerpot VP2 (formerly Big Flowerpot), as well as 3 table lights, Flowerpot VP3, Flowerpot VP4 and the battery LED version Flowerpot VP9.

Flowerpot VP7 – variety with colours and shapes

Thus, the Flowerpot luminaire family offers a multitude of variation possibilities. “The colour of the Flowerpot VP7 pendant luminaire can be matched to the colour scheme of its surroundings. Deliberate design accents are created by the tone of the Flowerpot VP7 luminaire picking up on the colouring of an object in the room, for example a painting, carpet, tiles, etc.”, recommend the interior design experts from TAGWERC.

Flowerpot VP7 as a marketing tool

In business premises such as a law firm, a practice or an office building, Flowerpot luminaires can be coordinated with the corporate design. This unconventional marketing has a breathtaking effect, can be implemented quickly, easily and relatively inexpensively and ensures a lasting impact on customers, clients, patients and business partners.

Classics of design history

Flowerpot luminaires, colloquially also Flowerpot lamps, are a luminaire series of the Danish furnishing label &Tradition, produced under licence according to a design by the architect Verner Panton from 1968. Almost half a century after the first design, the Flowerpot VP7 pendant luminaire is more popular today than ever before. Flowerpot VP7 – undoubtedly a classic of design history, available from TAGWERC as a licensed original.
